Rich Innovations ("RI") has assembled this Privacy Policy to let you know just how the data you send them is handled.

E-mail Addresses:
  RI does not publish any users' e-mail addresses. Any e-mail address submitted to RI is confidential unless the user chooses to publicize it. RI also does not give or sell your e-mail to 3rd-party sites. RI may or may not send you e-mails pertaining to your account, or other features on RI, such as new game releases.

Computer Information:
  RI stores information like IP Addresses, and access times for members only. If you are not logged into an account, then nothing is stored on our servers. IP Addresses are confidential, and at no time do users have access to them.
We store IP Addresses, and access times so that we can identify your account, and to report you to your local authorities if you participate in any illegal activities.

Cookies:
  RI uses cookies to store login information on your computer. The data that's saved on your computer is only used to verify your account, and nothing more.

Personal Information:
  RI provides a section for users to enter personal information about themselves. RI does not force it's users to enter this information. If this information is entered, it's public domain. This information is submitted voluntarily by it's users, and can be used for whatever reasons that the public sees fit.

Advertising:
  At this time, RI does not serve any banner, tower, or pop-up ads. RI is independently funded and supported by Premium Memberships through the site. If you would like to help support RI, then you can do your part by purchasing a Premium Membership.

Pop-up windows:
  Pop-up advertising is not a feature on this site, and never will be. RI believes that there are other ways of doing business, than forcing users to install third-party programs to safely browse the internet. However, RI does use pop-up windows for color and picture selections. It is suggested to take full advantage of all RI has to offer, you should either add this site to your "safe list" or disable your pop-up stopper before coming here.

Forums:
  RI has a public Forum. Any messages posted by you, or someone using your account can be seen by the general public. Messages in the forum are not "permanent" data, and eventually will be deleted if and when RI sees fit to.

Chatroom:
  RI hosts a general chatroom for live discussion about it's features. This chatroom has no specific category, so you can chat about anything you want. RI does not allow gross misuse of it's chatroom in inflamatory ways, including profanity, or sexual themes. However, RI cannot control these rules all of the time, and as such, cannot guarantee a safe environment using the chatroom.

All data sent to, or received from the chatroom is logged in a master log. This log is not permanent, but is around for RI to check for misuse. RI cannot guarantee that everything you've sent to the chatroom will not be on record for an extended period of time.
